My mind soars everyday; just not to its best ability. I find myself swiping to look at myself in my cell phone camera or endlessly tapping on each app even if unnecessary. Now you may immediately point and call it addiction, which I’m not denying, but I have at least given much of my screen time up. I am on my phone six to seven hours total a day. This may be little or too much depending on who you are as an individual. Sometimes people ask me questions while I’m scrolling through photographs or news articles and I’m not there. Some ask me what I want to do in life and I’m now realizing all I want to do is to be here. Present. Attentive. All here.
All Here.
